Even though Yerbey has had many 'exciting' moments working on
the Main Terrain Art park in Chattanooga's Southside, the most exciting
part for the public is the arrival and installation of the 9 concrete
and metal art pieces. Today, Thomas Sayre, the artist selected by the
City of Chattanooga to produce the art for the Art Park has started
unloading and setting the first 6 of his 9 precast concrete structures
that the 'Market Street Bridge' metal pieces will sit atop. For the
first time since the park construction has started, it's beginning to
look like an actual ART PARK! The excitement is contagious as members of
local news, Public Art Chattanooga, Allied Arts, Get Built and Playcore
